The Design Intern will participate in all aspects of Industrial Design development. The Intern will create meaningful and exciting form development, and present these ideas through renderings that successfully sell design solutions to clients. 3D modeling, rendering and Adobe Creative Suite programs will be used to convey presentations to studio staff and clients. The Intern must sketch at a level sufficient for internal and client presentations. The Intern will also be responsible for interacting with the Design, Research and Strategy department for project development.
Candidate must exhibit sufficient skills for contribution to the Research and Concept Development phases of an Industrial Design project. Must also exhibit interest in all phases of a project, preferably with a focus on a unique skill set. Great communication skills and an ability to step in and contribute to fast-moving innovation sessions required. Willingness to commit to a 40-hour work week, and reliable transportation are required. Looking for someone who is ready to embark on research adventures in the wilds of Los Angeles!
